Revit-based construction drawings under the review of licensed architects that include detailed schedules, plans, elevations and sections.

about us
We are a full-service interior design studio that specializes in commercial, hospitality, multifamily and senior living design, including new construction and renovation based capital improvements. Based in Phoenix, our expertise lies in serving the Western markets including Arizona, California, Nevada, Washington and Colorado - but let's be honest - we can design anywhere! We offer a-la-carte and turnkey design services, from project conception through installation.
Our collaborative design and technical team collectively brings over 30 years of experience to the design industry, and our current client list includes locally and nationally recognized development, property management groups, and architects .
Our mission is to strive to break through creative boundaries of design and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for residents, clients, and end-users alike. Throughout the creative process, we perform due diligence to understand your project, target market and demographic, as well as research the competition. We'll be right by your side throughout the whole process of design, and understand the intricacies of development and toggling between budget and innovation. We are passionate about building relationships and establishing trusted partnerships. We whole-heartedly believe that collaboration is key to executing a successful project.

Katherine's previous background includes extensive experience leading and managing multifamily projects from concept initiation through procurement and installation. Through her previous tenure at nationally-recognized interior design firms, she has lead and managed too many multifamily projects to count, including both ground up construction and capital improvement renovations. Her projects under previous firms have been winners of the Grand Aurora Awards and Golden Nugget Awards.
Katherine received her Bachelor of Sciences in Interior Design and minor in business administration from Arizona State University. In an effort to better understand the development process and serve as a true team player to her clients and project consultants, she also obtained her certificate in commercial real estate development from Cornell in Fall of 2018.
She continuously looks forward to the exciting future of design and development - and the possibility of working with clients like you!

SAMANTHA RAMIREZ
We like to call Samantha the "triple threat". With her combined background in high end residential, hospitality and multifamily interior design, she brings a unique and multifaceted skillset to the table. Business owner of SRRD, she serves as a design consultant and collaborative and strategic partner to Catalyst Interiors.
Samantha received her Bachelor of Sciences in Interior Design and is in the process of pursuing her Masters in Business Administration through Grand Canyon University.
Her favorite part of the design process? Seeing it all come together at the end. Months, and often times years of hard work and dedication, design details, construction drawings, concepts and furniture converge harmoniously to create memorable and amazing spaces.

CHLOE ZUNIGA
DESIGNER
Chloe graduated with her degree in Interior Design from Arizona State University and has experience working for multifamily and commercial interior design firms throughout the valley. She started with Catalyst Interiors in July of 2020 where she has since become an integral part of the team.
Her expertise lies in procurement, specifications, admin, and installation, and loves the marketing aspect of the business as well.
She is currently pursuing her license in real estate as well as working towards obtaining her final required hours for NCIDQ certification.
Her favorite part about design? That every project is different, and she gets to take part in creating unique interior environments!
The most organized, social media and tech savvy one in the bunch. Such a millennial ;)

They weren't kidding when they said "It takes a village"!
The balance of our integral design team is comprised of an amazing technical designer with nearly 20 years of industry experience in both CAD and Revit, an interior design intern that we seriously couldn't live without, two "excited to greet you" rescue pups named River and Stella, and our "designer in training" - 3.5 year old Maya Ramirez who really is the true executive decision maker around here.
